These initiatives prepare them to be valuable contributors in their communities, schools, and parishes; living out their calling in new and impactful ways.
Community Engagement
We actively engage youth and local communities by working closely with 300+ parishes, 3,000 schools, and 20 diocesan offices to:
- Organize youth debates, sports tournaments, and music festivals
- Promote Catholic values through outreach and service programs
- Offer spiritual activities such as Mass, Confession, and Rosary devotions
This fosters a vibrant faith life, builds unity, and nurtures a sense of mission and belonging.
Livelihood, Entrepreneurship & Leadership Empowerment
Recognizing the economic challenges more than 5,000 former seminarians face, we provide practical support that includes:
- Business training, small start-up support, and low-interest loans
- Leadership development to equip them as agents of change
- Personalized mentorship and entrepreneurial coaching
These tools enable them to build stable livelihoods and become forces for transformation in their communities.
Partnership with the Church
We collaborate closely with Church leadership to ensure our mission aligns with Catholic values. Together, we:
- Promote lay participation and leadership within the Church
- Support diocesan initiatives and pastoral programs
- Offer sabbatical and renewal opportunities for priests
- Engage youth through liturgical music, faith-based arts, and spiritual formation

Strengthening Family Life
We support former seminarians as they embrace family life by providing:
- Retreats, counseling sessions, and spiritual guidance rooted in Catholic teaching
- Marriage enrichment programs and peer support networks
- Ongoing formation on parenting, relationships, and faith in the home
