About Us

Empowering former Catholic seminarians with tools, purpose, and community to thrive as lay leaders.

Our Story

Many young men enter Catholic Major seminaries with deep desires to serve the Church as priests. Along the way, some realize they are called to serve in other ways. These former seminarians, often left without clear direction or support, carry with them years of spiritual, academic, and personal formation.

Our organization was founded to recognize their potential and offer a path forward. We believe these men still have much to give. Our work is about helping them rediscover their purpose, reconnect with their faith, and find meaningful ways to serve the Church and their communities.

Founded by a former seminarian, Otto Bosco, in Africa-Uganda, our ministry is rooted in compassion, faith, and a deep desire to see these men thrive.

The Founder

Otto Bosco, Founder
"Leaving the seminary wasn't an end. It was a new beginning for a life of lay mission."
— Otto Bosco

Years ago, I entered the seminary to pursue the Catholic priesthood, a journey that transformed me spiritually, mentally, and academically. Alongside others, I was shaped to live with deep Catholic faith and strong values.

After graduation, while some were ordained, I discerned and decided to serve the Church as a lay person. I faced the challenge of re-entering society as an ex-seminarian. Adjusting to life outside the seminary was difficult; it required resilience, faith, and a new kind of strength.

Seeing how many former seminarians struggled with this transition, I started a ministry to support and empower them. Today, I use my formation to lead, serve, and help others transform their lives with hope and purpose.
